Lo Spiedo—“The Spit”—is the Vetri Family’s celebration of the most primal, elemental fare: fresh food prepared over wood-burning flame. At the heart of the 130-seat casual eatery is a custom-made 6-foot rotisserie from which award-winning chefs Marc Vetri, Jeff Michaud and Brad Spence churn out a succulent array of slow-roasted meats. Expect everything from chickens and pork shoulders to whole fish and smoked briskets.

Co-starring on the menu in true Vetri Family tradition is a season’s best selection of housemade pastas, farm-fresh salads and sides, made-to-order panini and decadent desserts. Not to be missed are the spiedini, skewered meats and vegetables perfect for snacking and sharing. To wash it all down is a fine list of craft cocktails, beer and wine curated by Beverage Director Steve Wildy.
